What if I already have a property manager?
Anchor Point Kauaʻi works alongside your existing property manager. We handle the technical monitoring and smart home systems so they can focus on guest services and reservations. Most property managers welcome the additional layer of protection.
Do I need to be on Kauaʻi for the audit?
No. We coordinate directly with your property manager or designated representative . After every visit you receive a full photo report so you know exactly what was found and what was done — from anywhere in the world.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes. All monitoring plans are month to month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with no penalties. You own all hardware from day one regardless of plan changes.

How does the $149 audit credit work?
Your $149 Systems Audit fee is credited 100% toward your first month of monitoring service if you elect a protection plan within 30 days of your audit. If you choose not to proceed with monitoring you keep your full written report and protection plan at no additional cost.
Are Kāmaʻāina and Veteran discounts applied automatically?
No — discounts are applied after eligibility verification. Contact us before your Systems Audit to verify your Kāmaʻāina or Veteran status. Kāmaʻāina verification requires a Hawaiʻi ID with Kauaʻi address. Veteran verification requires a Military ID, DD-214, or VA card.
